About Me
Hi, I’m Bailey! I’m a storyteller and content creator with a passion for connecting artists and audiences in meaningful ways. I’ve spent years producing radio shows and segments at Apple Music and on-air, working closely with incredible talent like Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, HARDY, Carly Pearce, and more. Beyond overseeing production, I now focus on freelance social media work—helping artists, brands, and creative teams craft engaging content, grow their communities, and bring their stories to life online.
Collaboration is at the heart of what I do. I love brainstorming ideas, capturing authentic moments, and translating creative visions into content that resonates. Whether it’s producing a live segment, photographing behind-the-scenes moments, or curating a social media strategy, my goal is to create work that leaves a lasting impression and truly connects with audiences.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring new coffee shops, chasing golden hour, or hanging out with my dog, Dax.

I’ve worked closely with top artists and industry talent including Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Carly Pearce, HARDY, Tim McGraw, and Dierks Bentley. I’ve produced shows such as The Ward Guenther Show, Country Risers Radio, The Country Chart Show, Party Barn Radio, Bootleggers Radio, and many more, overseeing each project from concept to final delivery. In addition to working with music talent, I’ve helped artists conduct interviews with high-profile figures outside the industry, including Mark Cuban, Peyton Manning, Paris Hilton and more. From planning and coordinating talent to executing every production detail, I ensure each show is engaging, polished, and true to the artist’s vision.

Freelance Social Media
I am currently a freelance social media strategist for Parthenon PR, working on brands such as Terralodge, the Jordan Thomas Foundation, and more. My work includes influencer outreach, brand research, creating graphics, and more. I also manage social content for Y’all Access Radio, helping highlight artists, events, and exclusive segments. Previously, I worked freelance for Sotheby’s Realty, creating content that showcased luxury properties and engaged audiences across platforms.
Photography
I started Bailey Smith Photography in college as a passion project, which grew into a full freelance business capturing graduation shoots, weddings, and professional headshots. My work has been trusted by clients across Nashville, including freelancing for Bridgestone, and focuses on creating authentic, engaging, and memorable images that tell each client’s story.
